1. Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders directly from Portugal. This ensures fast delivery within the country and efficient shipping across Europe and internationally.

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
    Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

4. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it through your PortugalFlow account.

5. Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. All our products are 100% original and curated with care. We work directly with trusted brands and suppliers.

6. What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page, or contact us to know when it will be available again.

7. Can I pre-order items?
